Obituary

Obituary for Grace Quattrocchi

Lifelong Staten Islander Grace Quattrocchi, 85, of Westerleigh, a retired business owner, mother, grandmother, and beloved friend, died Tuesday in Staten Island University Hospital.

Born in Port Richmond, she settled in Westerleigh in 1960. Grace and her late husband John started Dependable Auto Body, in Port Richmond in 1977. They strongly believed in the importance of family and incorporating that into the business. In 1978, Grace and John brought their sons, John Jr, Joseph and Paul into the business which still remains a family-owned and operated business in present day.
Mrs. Quattrocchi enjoyed spending time with her family; they meant everything to her. There was nothing in the world that could bring a bigger smile to her face than spending quality time with loved ones.

Surviving are her sons, Joseph and Paul, her daughter-in-laws, Anita and Danielle; her grandchildren: Gina, Nicole, Alexa, Paul, Danny, and Dominic; and her great-grandchildren Valentina, Paul Anthony, Nico and Giovanni whom she adored.
The funeral will be Saturday with a mass at 10 a.m. in St. Roch’s R.C. Church, Port Richmond. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, West Brighton.
